How do I place my order?
All Madeon VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Sales begin on Wednesday, May 13 at 10am local time. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our official ticketing partner to complete your purchase.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is an 6 ticket limit for VIP tickets.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?
If you need to request ADA accommodations for your VIP experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive the merchandise included in my VIP experience?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase your package and distributed through the venue’s official ticketing partner account in the weeks leading up to your event date.
When will I receive information about 100x check-in?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
Can I use my 100x VIP package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for additional details
what if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?
All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details.
Our VIP Packages
Is there an age restriction for the Madeon VIP Experiences?
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my VIP experience?
All Madeon VIP Experiences include a General Admission ticket.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served. VIP experiences may include early entry into the venue.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package
Is parking included?
Madeon VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
